Turning complexity into experience

AI for Good is the UN’s global summit on artificial intelligence; a two-day event bringing together policymakers, researchers, innovators, and the public. With 3 stages, 300 speakers, and more than 45,000 participants onsite and online, the challenge was clear: build an audiovisual environment capable of supporting fast-paced content, high-level discussions, and global visibility.

Dorier was responsible for the technical and creative ecosystem of the summit:

  • Stage design
  • Content creation & PPT design
  • Creative technology integration
  • Full technical direction
  • Audiovisual production & live operation
  • Live streaming & simultaneous interpretation
  • Real-time captioning & multi-camera video production

Our role was to make complex technology disappear so ideas could take center stage. Across three fully equipped stages, we orchestrated audio, video, lighting, and live cues with absolute precision, ensuring each keynote, demo, and panel remained fluid and accessible to global audiences.

Behind the scenes, over 50 Dorier specialists coordinated control rooms, managed speaker content, directed video feeds, and ensured the hybrid structure ran without friction.
