Talking about screens, without screens
Action Innocence wanted to bring digital education directly into schools through a playful, autonomous, and fully mobile pavilion. The challenge was huge: create an experience robust enough to travel weekly, intuitive enough for children to navigate alone, and rich enough to spark meaningful conversations about digital behavior.
Dorier designed and produced the pavilion from concept to rollout:
- Scenography
- Structural engineering
- Technical Production
- Integrated systems
- Safety engineering for a school environment
From the outside, the pavilion appears compact and minimal. Inside, light and sound orchestrate a calm but engaging experience. Children learn by moving from green light to red light, from tactile tasks to collaborative stations. Everything is designed so teachers can focus on discussion rather than logistics.
The outcome
Built to travel to more than 50 schools across Geneva, the pavilion is entirely autonomous: no operator, no setup complexity, no screens. Its modular architecture allows fast installation and easy maintenance. Each class receives a pedagogical kit extending the discussion beyond the visit.
The project demonstrates how creative event design, technical production, and educational purpose can merge into a single coherent experience aimed at shaping digital awareness among children.
